Sanguinet: Located less than 15 km from Biscarrosse, this human-sized town offers a peaceful setting for holidays and a friendly atmosphere. Sanguinet benefits from a privileged geographical situation, on the edge of the lake, near the Atlantic beaches and the Landes forest.
From Sanguinet, you can also reach the superb Dune du Pilat and the Arcachon basin in 25 minutes by car.
Cycling: From Parentis en Born, cycle through the forest to the charming village of Ychoux. This shady and easy 11km route follows the old railway line. You can also take a section of the vélodyssée which links Arcachon to Parentis en Born via Biscarrosse (about 50 km of recreational cycling track)
